Overview

Challange
Twist, Turkey’s most rebellious fashion brand that was established for women who are younger and want to dress alternatively, hired us to redesign the online store and improve customer experience along with the online brand existence.

Approach
Having BCG’s customer insights, a deep knowledge of customer behavior and data, in a short amount of time we turned insights into actionable results.  With these results in hand we divided the projects into milestones. Once a milestone was set we conducted A/B tests with a small sample size to compare the old and the new version. Primary goal was conversion rate and secondary goal was page view of editorial pages which has links to products from the latest collection.

Outcome
After 2 months of testing and iterating continuously, the results were satisfying and convincing for the client: The new UI & UX design led to an 11.3% boost in conversion rate and a 62.8% increase in editorial page views.
